8345 Thermostat Connection Issues

Has anyone deploying the 834-5 seen an issue where a customer smart thermostat will not see the wifi even after the SSID is split into separate 2G/5G? We've seen this out of google nest and Honeywell products. We've adjust everything we can adjust....or so we think.
