SmartRG SR400AC SNMP Setup with Solarwinds

I'm trying to setup SNMP on a 400AC, but am not able to get the SNMP server (Solarwinds) to authenticate the community string.  I am able to access the SmartRG web interface from the same server.  I have tried turning off the firewall on the SmartRG.  Any guidance would be appreciated.
