1-way audio

Jump to solution

I am setting up a TA912 2nd Gen using R11.4.3.E as a SIP to analog and have run into an audio issue.  Sometimes I have good 2-way audio for 64 seconds and then the phone hanging off the IAD loses audio.  Sometimes the 1-way audio occurs immediately.  I am using G.711ulaw codec only.  Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

We discovered an issue in our softswitch.  At 64 seconds, a foreign MAC address was showing up in the wireshark trace.  It appears that some broadcast traffic is bleeding over to another port.  The problem cleared after changing equipment ports on the softswitch.
