We are trying to get sip trunks down to a certain service area of ours and we are using this 900e to test that out since we have never worked with sip trunks before here. In this topology we
are trying to achieve through sip:
Our telephone switch---->robocalling server/passthrough----->adtran 900e
The issue I am running into is it looks like the sip is not traveling between the robocalling server and the adtran 900e and when I plug in an IP phone to the 900e system, it does not register either. However, our telephone switch can talk to the robocalling server just fine it is just not passing through to the 900e.
I have made sure my router is passing 5060 udp and also put it in passthrough mode but it is still doing the same thing. We also just want to pass through ethernet and not pri,t1 etc
