Adtran show 0 for the firmware.

Our original 904 power supply fried and now we have another Adtran, out of warranty of course, that has no firmware.

I tried to copy a downloaded version via putty and it fails to copy to the Adtran.

Firewall is turned off.

Tried this on a windows 10 and a windows 7 PC.

How can I restore the firmware?

Hello,

Thanks for posting to the forum.  Can you get to the command line or are you in bootstrap?  Reply the part number from the unit that shows up in a show version.  Also, can you get me the output of show flash.  This info will help us figure out how to proceed.  You might need to upgrade from bootstrap.  Are you connected to the unit via serial connection now?

Tech support help with this problem.

Downloaded a different TFTP transfer app and it worked just fine.
