Does Adtran documentation recommend a UPS to prevent power spike and equipment failure? We've seen alot of hardware failures and was wondering if Adtran documentation mentions recommending at UPS to prevent equipment failure or damage? That said, I we send a defective Adtran can we request a component failure report to determine if it was a power surge or spike that rendered the equipment defective?
