Jbittner,
Thanks for posting! There have been some recent firmware changes to alter the output of "show voice quality-stats", so upgrading to the latest firmware version would be a good idea. Also, the statistics can show invalid results if the RTP sequence numbers do not increment as expected. Generally, this occurs if something out of the ordinary happens during the call. Examples would include a transfer, hold, or codec change with re-Invite during the call. If you can reproduce an issue on our newer firmware versions, we would need to see a packet capture of the call, and possibly a debug capture, in order to determine the cause of the invalid statistics.
Thanks!
David

Re: Does anyone know why a call record would show packets out of order in a negative value?
This is a known issue with certain versions of the AOS firmware.
Update to the latest version and it will show the information correctly.

Re: Does anyone know why a call record would show packets out of order in a negative value?
Would it affect all the values for all the calls?

Re: Does anyone know why a call record would show packets out of order in a negative value?
Unfortunately as far as I know, we have the latest firmware (4.07) that
we are "allowed" to use.
