Hello,
We have a TA-908e successfully registered to a Genband SBC.
The Genband sends an OPTIONS packet as a Qualify (keep-alive).
We need the TA to respond with a 200/OK. Right now it is not responding with anything.
Is there a configuration we could perform to make it respond?
Thanks

On the voice trunk connected to the Genband, configure:
sip-keep-alive options
You can also set a value in seconds that the Adtran will use to poll the other side.
sip-keep-alive options 60
will poll the other side every minute.
Unfortunately this answer did not work. What it does is SEND Options keep-alives. It does not respond to the unsolicited RECEIVED Options keep-alives from the SBC.
