Looking for expert support

Hello anyone that may be on here,

Ive spent the better par tof 2 weeks trying to configure a 900 series ( I have 3 different models) to interface with my SIP provider to hand off PRI to a customer's onsite PBX. I've had limited luck. I'm not a newbie, but I'm far from an expert. I suspect the issue is related to how the SIP provider (Callcentric) handles SIP registration but I am not well versed enough to say for sure.

In any case, I'd really like to get my customer's system up and running and could use some expert assistance. We're willing to pay for support from someone. If any one is interested, please reach out.

Hello and thank you for posting to our forum.


For the quickest response, you can open a Support Ticket while logged into our website -

If you can access the TA9xx, run the following debugs:


debug sip stack message

debug voice verbose

debug int fxs       //if making SIP to FXS calls

debug isdn l2-for    //if making SIP to PRI calls


I would also have a show version and show run available for product support.


You can also post debug and config here, but you will want to scrub out sensitive information.
