Needing help setting up a TA908, connecting to an Avaya CS2100 via ETH

I think I have the ETH connection correct.. I get dialtone on the port... but can not dial out.  Can someone help with this?

Hello and thanks for posting to our forum.

Can you please either attach or paste in your config so I can take a look at it?  Make sure to remove any private or sensitive information.  We can come up with a plan of attach after that.
