Figured it out. I thought caller name and number was provided by Telco on SIP trunks. Telco was only passing caller number. CNAM feature needed to be added at Telco side. Just in case anybody runs across the same thing. The irony is that I am the Telco.

Is caller id with name enabled on the PBX? Ran into that before. On the phone display it was showing the name first then the number. Had to scroll down on the display to see the number.

Thanks for the suggestion. I don't think it's the PBX, this behavior did not start until I changed the 924 configuration to SIP trunking. Prior to SIP trunking I was using VOIP identities in the user accounts and caller id worked. Appreciate the input.
