What I am trying to find is a device to use as failover for a PBX. If the PBX goes down then all calls would be sent to "this device" via SIP and "this device" would forward these calls to alternate numbers until the PBX was able to come back online.
I tried getting this to work on a TA 900e but when I set the voice user to call forward it just goes busy. Researching the issue I see that the TA should not be used for call forwarding externally.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
