TA 9xx SNTP.SERVER Received an invalid mode / incorrectly sized SNTP request

We have multiple TA9xx boxes with these log entries:

SNTP.SERVER Received an invalid mode (7)

SNTP.SERVER Received an incorrectly sized SNTP request

Gen 2 OS is R11.4.4.E

Gen 3 OS R13.9.0.HB.E

NTP server is pool.ntp.org

Any idea why this is happening and should I be concerned?
