override outbound caller ID for null calls only

Good afternoon 

  we are  trying to configure the 908e 3rd generations that it should only override the callerID if the PBX didn't send a caller ID, right now I have a rule on the SIP trunk that says  

match dnis "$" replace ani "615xxxxxxxx"

I am having 2 problems 

1. I don't want to override the calls that the PBX has a callerID
2. I don't want to override any calls coming from the FXS

i end us using the caller-id-override number-inbound 171855512121 if-no-cpn on the PRI trunk
