"Data" and "Monitor" Navigation GUI missing after upgrading 908e v2

After upgrading 908e gen 2 to either current AOS Version: R11.10.5.E or R12.2.0.SA the "Data" and "Monitor" sections of the left nav bar in the gui are missing. Is this normal?

I'm new to these units and initially started with the image that was on the used unit I purchased, but a post I read indicated that a Caller ID on PRI issue was fixed and so I upgraded to the recent stable release, but found these menus to be empty after upgrade. Any thoughts?

Try clearing your cookies and browser cache, or a different browser. I've seen this before and that's fixed it.
