transferring originating caller id

I'm having problems with a Total Access 904 that has a SIP line registration (FXS port) to a MetaSwitch. When transferring a call to another SIP line, the Caller ID shows the transferring number not the originating (outside) caller ID. Is there some command that I'm missing that should should make 904 send originating caller ID. Thanx!
