unable to access WEB UI

I have a Adtran 900 access unit reconfigure with new IP addresses. I plug it in my router. The adtran unit has a public IP assigned. My router is a internal router though. I am not able to access the Web UI from the router network. I am new to Adtran and like to get help on how should I trouble shooting this issue? I can access the craft port, any command I can use to dignose?
