n-Command and VQM stats issue

Hi:

   We have random issues with VQM stats not posting from Netvanta devices back to nCommand.

Adtran is investigating the issue, but wanted to check if there are issues with NTP clock slips on Netvanta that could also cause it not to PUBLISH VQM stats to nCommand? Any insight is appreciated.
