n-Command release notes/pdf's

Jump to solution

Trying to get more documentation on release 5.0 + of n-Command MSP.  I recently went from 4.2 to 5.1, the only way I was able to get the software was to send Support an email, then all I got was the link to a ftp site and "here you go".  I assumed it would have showed up under my account like the other software does for the Netvanta's we use. I can easily send Support another email for the release notes, but I would guess they are somewhere on the site, maybe I'm just not seeing it.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but at this time the release notes for that version of software are not posted to the ADTRAN website.  If you would like to review the release notes for that software, you can obtain them from within the n-Command MSP server by navigating to Help > About n-Command MSP > Release Notes.

However, if you do not have access to the n-Command MSP server, then I recommend you contact ADTRAN support.  You can create a ticket in several ways:

- Over the phone by calling 888-423-8726

- Emailing support@adtran.com

- Opening a webticket on the ADTRAN website
