Hi All,
I bought a refurbished Adtran 838 SHDSL modem that was not reset to factory default. I am able to get into it using READWRITE account with standard password but the ADMIN password is not working. I am unable to execute the erase command or show the run config on the RW account. Does anyone know how to reset the modem to factory default without ADMIN account?
I was wondering if there is physical way to do it like resetting something on the board.
Greatly appreciate any advise.
