how do i get my regulatory activation code if i've bought a used controller for my lab

i purchased a used bsc-2100 its asking for a regulartory activation code how do i obtain one for it.

You have to open a support ticket, but unfortunately the BSC is no longer a supported platform. I have inquired internally to see if there is something we can do, but since the platform is not supported I cannot just post the codes for you at this time.
