Hi,
The NV 6310 serve as a Gateway bewteen my ISDN-PRI and IP- PABX.
However, the user encounter no RTP when do a Call Forward to external via the ISDN.
Example:
1) Ext 3336 did a Call Forward external to a Cell Phone (9822XXXX).
2) I use my cell phone (9855YYYY) dial in to Ext 3336 via the ISDN-DID
3) Incoming call is connected to my cell phone (9822XXXX).
Problem:
1) During the call Forward process, the (9855YYYY) is unable to hear any ringing tone.
2) When Cell Phone (9822XXXX) answer the call, both cell phone users unable to hear each other.
I attach my config file.
thank you.
If the ISDN leg is attempting to transfer by releasing the PBX, you need to allow 2-b-channel transfer under the ISDN configuration.
interface pri 1
isdn supplementary-service tbct
isdn supplementary-service tbct notify-controller
This is for NI-2 switch type. Your example configuration shows an E-1 interface so you are likely not using NI-2. For other switch types it may be either of the following:
interface pri 1
isdn supplementary-service rlt
interface pri 1
isdn supplementary-service ect
Hi,
I add put in this command into my NV6310. But there is no voice path when the call is Call forward to external party.
Is there any additional command needed to configure the RTP?
Thank you
interface pri 1
isdn supplementary-service ect
Capture:
debug isdn l2-f
debug sip stack messages
during a failed call attempt and paste the results here. Preferably during a non-busy time.
You might also try removing transfer-mode network from your trunk T02 configuration.
Hi,
I attach the debug for a test call.

Hi,
Is there any update on my issue?
Kongwc,
Please use the following guide as an example for your scenario, . Your configuration appears fine with the exception of the more specific accept templates needed. Also, you should definitely upgrade the firmware to R10.9.4 as this is ADTRAN's current recommendation. If there is still no audio on the call after the upgrade, you will likely need to troubleshoot this over the phone with someone in ADTRAN Technical Support. You can open a ticket with ADTRAN by calling 888-423-8726.
Thanks!
David
Kongwc,
Were you able to resolve the issue? Did the PSTN Gateway Guide help? I'm going to mark this post as assumed answered, but feel free to post any additional questions you may have or any updates.
Thanks!
