Can i force an extension to use a different trunk group than all other extensions ?

I have a customer with SIP trunks and an analog backup trunk. They would like to force the fax machine on the analog port of the 7100 to use only the analog trunk. All other extension should call out over the SIP trunks first. Is this possible ?
