It seems that the REGISTER option is not available on the NV so that's why is sending the 501 Not Implemented.
If it's useful, I'm attaching the image of the config of the softphone and the config file of the NV7100
Would you help me here,
Thanks a bunch!!!

dcorrea,
I saw you opened a ticket for this and the result was that there was an ONT device ahead of the 7100 that was not SIP aware so it was not translating the IP address in the SIP Register message to the proper IP address on the NetVanta 7100. Our suggestion was to correct that or use a VPN to connect to the NetVanta 7100 and register directly over the tunnel. I went ahead and marked this post as "Assumed Answered".
Thanks,
Matt
dcorrea,
I removed your configuration file from the post as it had an e-mail address listed for the e-mail logging. I saw that ip sip registrar was included in your configuration and and media-gateway ip primary was on most interfaces (but not all). Those are some common things to check. Is the register message coming in on one of the ATM sub-interfaces or the eth 0/0 interface? Is there some SIP device or NAT device upstream of the 7100? If so a complete network diagram may help. Also, can you include the output of a debug sip user-registration in addition to a debug sip stack messages? It is more common (and secure) to use a VPN client on the PC and register the softphone over a VPN tunnel. Is that an option?
Thanks,
Matt

Dear Matt,
Sorry for my late answer here, that's correct the problem was that the ONT in front of my NV7100 is not a SIP aware device. What I did to solve this was talk with my ISP and he assign me a Public IP Address for my NV.
Thanks a lot for the help here and with the ticket
