New Phone Adtran VVX400

Hi,

I've been adding adtran 712 and 706 to our phone system.  Now I want to add the VVX400 to the system.  I can't seem to get it to work.  I've ran debug ip ftp and tftp:

I'm so confused.  Under option 157:  we have our user name as this - polycomftp
Why is it showing PlcmSpIp.  Any help is appreciated.

Thanks to Tech Support, I got it to work.  I need to treat the Adtran VX400 phone as if it was a polycom phone instead of Adtran phone.  So this phone use TFTP instead of FTP.  I just added the tftp://xx.xx.xx.xx into the dhcp and added the user and it started to work.. Thanks
