Does the 924/924e provide options for far end CO answer supervision, or replicate it?

I have a customer who is wanting to know if the Adtran can replicate CO far end answer supervision or not.

Do you mean reverse-battery supervision when a call is answered like with an old step CO? I don't think it reverses on answer on loop-start configuration but it can be optioned to do so on disconnect.

Try forward-disconnect battery reverse on the voice user and see if that gives the behavior you want.
