How to configure 908E for PRI to KTS for a new phone system ?

We are wanting to setup a 908E to use it as a gateway to a new KTS system. We are replacing an existing phone system which is now using PRI so we would like to emulate this setup in our lab so the cutover transition will be smooth. We are not the provider of voice at this location just the seller and installer of the new system.

The 908e is pretty much a universal voice toolbox so the answer is probably yes, but I'm not sire of the exact problem you're trying to solve. A few questions:

  • By KTS do you mean an old-school key system with shared line buttons and a hold key, or is that a brand name?
  • Are you keeping the PRI from the carrier or transitioning to SIP?
  • What is the interface to the new system? PRI, SIP, individual analog lines?
