Polycom IP 650 Time and Date

Time and date are wring on IP 650 Polycom phone all adtran phones ok.  Adtran 7100 shows shows a sync with SNTP time server time.nist.gov  Reset Polycom but the time does not update???

Eliceo, in that case, you'll need to configure option 42 for your NTP server and option 2 for the GMT offset on the customer DHCP server.

Eliceo, have you configured the NTP server and GMT offset in the optional configuration section of your DHCP pool? Polycom phones get their time parameters from DHCP whereas Adtran phones get their time parameters from a configuration file.

Thanks, for the reply Jay. The problem I am having is that the 7100 is not being used as the DHCP server.  The customer decided to keep using their own.
