VVX500 & VVX600 Plays Demo Video

I'm not exactly sure what scenario triggers this but occasionally my VVX500 and VVX600 play a polycom demo video on the screen.. ODD! I have seen it while experimenting with call park but I can't produce it constantly. Anyone seen this before?

I've seen this on Firmware v5.2.2.0501 & v4.1.6.5374

George, I've never heard of anything like this before. What type of PBX are the phones registered to? I don't suppose you've been able to catch this on video? Thanks

Hey Jay - sorry I lost track of this. We were considering 5.2.2.0501 at one point when I saw this video and I haven't had time to continue testing it. We're using Metaswitch as a Hosted platform. I didn't catch the "cause" of the video playing on the phone but I did get the demo video itself. I do remember trying to park a call and it failed (due to another issue we had) and then the video pops up, you can play it a few times and then can't get out of it until you reboot.
