Configuring FQDN ACL in TA924e

Wondering anyone has experience of configuring FQDN as ACL or not.   Nowadays AWS is so popular that host IP can be any and quite easy in hundreds counts.  I need to protect IAD based on fqdn instead of ip.  Any lights?  Thanks
