NetVanta 1234P 3rd Gen

I have a new out of box 1234P 3rd GEN that upon initial power on went straight to "bootstrap". Reading some older forums I tried to use "XMODEM" to download new firmware from my laptop but I cannot get it work either using CLI or the built in XMODEM function in Tera-Term. Device will not establish a connection. I am a Field Technician so I have the firmware files on my laptop already and that is what I'm using as my file source. Serial Number: LBADTN1739AF370

This is where I am. See below.
