SRV Records on Adtrans keep disappearing causing the Adtran to drop registration

We have an issue where the SRV records on multiple Adtrans on our system disappear and only return following a reboot, a "clear host *" command or after an undetermined amount of time.

This causes the registrations to drop until one of the 3 above are performed. Any suggestions? This only seems to have affected Adtran devices and not any other devices. We have a mixture of 904s, 908s, 912s, 924s, both e & non-e models and 2nd & 3rd generations, all of which have been affected and all have firmware ranging from 12.3 to 14.4

For example:

Here's what it looks like when the issue is active:

iad-4067-01#show hosts
Name/address lookup uses domain name service
DNS Proxy is disabled
Default domain is not set
There are no domain list domains configured
Current DNS client server is 209.183.205.35
Current DNS proxy server is 209.183.205.35
Name servers are 209.183.205.35, 209.183.192.65
Records are removed from the cache based on the TTL and cache policy. After the
TTL expires, records can be kept anywhere from several seconds to indefinitely
depending on the cache policy

dns3.atlantech.net sticky 10026 A - - 0 172.206.54.229

When the issue isn't active, it SHOULD look like this:

Has anyone had this issue occur?

Re: SRV Records on Adtrans keep disappearing causing the Adtran to drop registration

To add, this has been working fine for years and only crept up abruptly in the past 48 hours
