Enable SNMP v2 for SolarWinds Get Info NetVanta 1570

Hi, Team i need to eneable the SNMP Community RO for SolarWinds y set this on my NetWork Switch NetVanta 1570

 

snmp-server community public ip-range 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 encrypted 4277ae8dd8b4977c47d8e13d4c55dd9930313643d741dd1f6ae9cece735b1
snmp-server community swsnmp ip-range 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0
snmp-server community writecommunity disable

but is not working when i try to test the switch from SolarWinds i get "test failed"
