BSAP 6040 and Dell laptops no internet

We have several users who access our internal network via a BSAP6040 ap that are reporting while connected they will suddenly get a message on their screen that says "Secured, No Internet". If they disconnect, then reconnect, it comes back. Any ideas why this is happening?
