Factory Reset BSAP 2035

I have a 2035 AP, I can't reset the password as the password that was given to me does not work, I have read that there is a reset button next to the usb port of course it does not work.

I have contacted support and I don't have subscription so there is a way if I need one, does anyone know a way to do a factory reset?

Unfortunately the reset buttons are disabled. 😕

Adtran is the only one that can factory reset a AP with a lost adm1n password I'm afraid.
