How to reset the BSAP 1920 to default password

We can't access the BSAP 1920 form SSH CLI , but the vWLAN sever can find  the 1920. so we reset the BASP form the server, but it doesn't work. How to reset the BASP 1920 to defaut password. Thanks.

resolved , I ceate a new AP Template, but forgot change the SSH password. Thanks
