USB port on a BSAP-2035

Jump to solution

What is the USB port on a BSAP-2035 used for?  There is no mention of it in any documention.

Also, should a "standard" Cisco serial RJ-45/DB9 cable (i.e like is included with every Cisco switch and router) work to connect to the console port of BSAP's that have console ports?  No luck.

The usb host ports are not used in Adtran's BSAP configuration at this time. So future use.

Yes, a standard Cisco rollover cable should work, make sure your settings are 115200,8N1 with no parity or flow control.
