BSC 600 Firmware Upgrade

I am trying to upgrade my BSC-600 controller from firmware 6.2.0.22 to 6.5.1.03.

When I try a "Upload new system software" of the V6_5_1_03M.img, I get "Upgrade status: Exiting: The uploaded image was invalid. You must update with a BSC-600/1200 specific image."

Please help, thank you.

Can you please confirm how the firmware was obtained and the file size of that firmware?

The firmware was downloaded from the Adtran software page.

The file size of the firmware file V6_5_1_03M.img was 58.6 MB.

After working with Support, it was found that the file downloaded was corrupted by looking at the MD5 checksums.  was able to download the file and upgrade the BSC.
