ADVA FSP 150-XG116Pro Boot Issue

Looking to see if this error can be resolved or if it has to be RMA'd, please advise. Please see error below.

Mounting boot filesystems ...
Device nand0 not found!
Error initializing mtdparts!
Unable to mount filesystems.

FATAL ERROR: Contact ADVA Optical Networking SE Technical Support.

There is one more option you can try to recover the device. While accessing the device through a serial connection, the boot sequence needs to be interrupted by holding down the spacebar until prompt => appears.Next, execute and confirm the following command: 

boot factorydefaults

If that doesn't work, try:

boot standby

If the error is still appearing after trying both of these commands, then the device needs to be RMA’d.
