I am having some SR400s that we are using for performance testing and managed wifi and once in a while I have one that shows it is off line in the Device Manager, but the customer still has internet. The only way to get it to show back up as on line on the Device Manager is to have a tech go out and reboot the router. Will this affect our performance testing, and is there a reason they are doing this or way to stop it?? Thank you
