Firmware update Netvanta 1238 PoE

installed a NetVanta 1238 PoE switch at one of our clients

Noticed the firmware is 2 + years old

Will it be a problem updating the firmware to the current available firmware version? (14.5)

Should I update the firmware with an earlier version before i jump ahead to the current version?

Switch model 1702599G1

Firmware version: R10.11.0

Upgrading firmware should not be a problem. The config commands should roll up to the next revision without an issue. However as a safety always download your current config and firmware just in case you have to roll it back.
