Started seeing the new Gen3 models last week and wanted to know if anyone here knew what the differences were?

No Major differences from the 2nd Gen 1234P, primarily just manufacturing/cost reduction techniques:

- Separated power-supply from Main PCB

- Separated PoE from Main PCB

- Reduced layer count of Main PCB

No Major differences from the 2nd Gen 1234P, primarily just manufacturing/cost reduction techniques:

- Separated power-supply from Main PCB

- Separated PoE from Main PCB

- Reduced layer count of Main PCB
