I have a Netvanta 1224st pwr/Part Number 1200580L1. I'm currently running OS version 10.03.00 from boot system image file 9200580-2A1003.biz.
I'm looking upgrade this switch to the latest firmware revision. I downloaded the latest "N1224RA-13-15-00.biz" file directly from the software downloads section of the site. When I try to follow the upgrade procedure from the GUI I get an error message. I can successfully upload the biz file to the switch but when I try to activate the new biz file as the Primary Firmware I receive the following error message. "The selected Primary Image "N1224RA-13-14-00.biz" is not a valid Firmware file for this product.
