Upgrading Firmware on NetVanta 1238 POE and getting "Error writing file: out of disk space"

Got "Error writing file: out of disk space" when loading latest software, Deleted the Primary to make room and still got the error. Uploading N123Xv2A-R13-8-0.biz it's 7,419 KB

Switch is showing 

Drive Space Used: 19,992 / 6,697,320 Bytes used

 

Drive Space Free: 6,677,328 Bytes free

Is there any way to gain more drive space?
