which is the latest firmware that's work on netvanta 1224st, because yesterday I installed AOS 13.15.00 and it doen't work.

AOS 13.15.00 is the last release for 1224.  Was the switch working before you installed the software?  Perhaps you can revert to the previous boot image.  Here is a useful article:  Clearing FLASH and Upgrading in AOS Bootstrap‌
