Packet Capture commands not showing up in AOS version 17.08.02.00.E

Should I not see the command showing up? I tried typing it all out in case of some kind of hidden command. Nothing. Nothing under show commands either.

The Configuring Packet Capture in AOS guide and the AOS Feature Matrix - Product Feature Matrix explain that this feature was released in firmware version R10.1.0.  Therefore, you would need to Upgrading Firmware in AOS to utilize this feature.
