Power over ethernet port fault issue for netvanta 1550

Hello, I have a netvanta 1550. I'm getting a message for port 11. " Power_Over_Ethernet.giga-swx 0/11 changed state from fault to searching"  it then switches from searching to fault. How do I clear this messgage and get the port back to an active state? I can't find any info in the guides I have for this switch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
