Traffic Shaping on 1638P?

Just purchased this 1638P to replace a router and switch at a remote location and I am needing to shape traffic to 20Mbps on the interface that connects to my WAN. I'm looking for the shaper or qos command under the interface and vlan and I can't seem to locate it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
