I installed my first 1560-48p switch a week ago, and I have not been able to get AirPlay to work reliably on it (my clients can see the AirPlay devices, but never get a PIN request). I have 4 1550 switches and AirPlay works reliably on those (when I move the AirPlay devices from the 1560 to one of the 1550's, AirPlay works fine), so I know it's something I missed on the 1560. I followed the instructions for setting up Layer 2 services and VOIP, and everything looks to be working correctly. I have 3 VLANs (1,10,20) and run DHCP from a SonicWall TZ400 (soon to be replaced with Fortinet 60f). VLAN 10 is for VOIP and VLAN 20 is the network that I have the AirPlay devices on.
