Adtran 3120

Jump to solution

Hello,

Hopefully this will be a simple question to answer!

I reset our Adtran 3120 to factory defaults the other day. After resetting, verified the router hands out an IP add to a directly connected computer I'm trying to use to administer the router.

But, now I cannot ping the router 10.1.10.1 from the computer. The GUI does not load in browser after typing in the same address.

status light is green, computer's Ethernet port is solid green and blinking amber.

Any troubleshooting steps are much appreciated.

Thanks

The address should be 10.10.10.1.  That is the factory IP address of the 3120.  Hopefully that is all that is wrong.  Otherwise, you may need to telnet to the router.

Jeez…factory default IS 10.10.10.1

My eyes were getting crossed. Funny how a silly mistake like that can mess you up!

Thank you.
